Digital Print Lab

The print lab at Applied Arts is a state of the art digital printing facility equipped with large and small format printers.

Large Format printers include the Epson Stylus Pro 9800 and the Epson Stylus Pro 9600 that are capable of printing up to 44” in width.

The digital print lab also has a large stock of Epson papers, including enhanced matte, luster, glossy, somerset velvet, and canvas. The lab can be rented on an hourly basis or you can have one of our experienced professional printers print for you!

Photography Darkroom

Applied Arts is home to the largest darkroom in the area outside of New York City. Up to twelve photographers can be in the darkroom at one time.

Open studio darkroom sessions are offered every Thursday night from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm for a discounted fee. Please call the day of to confirm that the session is running.

The darkroom can be rented on an hourly basis by contacting the registrar.

Printmaking Studio

The printmaking studio is the newest division at Applied Arts. After last summers success partnering with Tommy Hilfiger in the creation of the T -Studio in East Hampton, Applied Arts now offers their printmaking and silk screening services to anyone who would like their design, logo, or catchphrase printed.

Applied Arts currently stocks Alternative Apparel and Gildan t-shirts for printing, but can print on other manufacturers fabrics* if desired. The staff will work one on one with you from start to finish to guarantee satisfaction with your product and our services.

*Printing cannot be done on all fabrics.
